Restaurant Le Collectionneur

The stylish interior was designed by Edouard Cohen and Alexandre Danan, two world-renowned experts in exclusive hotel furnishings. With curved, undulating, multi-dimensional ceiling and wall elements, a unique ambience has been created that gives upscale dining an unusual yet thoroughly harmonious setting. The elements were milled using a 5D process and applied to the base plate veneered with European fiddleback maple. The ceiling elements consist of a multitude of completely different curved individual elements. Recessed light tapes make the walls shine almost golden, while elements made of brass, marble and alabaster complement the tasteful furnishings. Baumstark member Heinrich Auer of Holzmanufaktur und Vitrinenbau Auer GmbH recalls: "Together with the designer and the client, we calculated the manufacturing options and the different variants and worked out a financially affordable design".
